West Vancouver Heat Pumps - Premium Service

Recently got our heating system updated with a heat pump from Jetson. The process was straight forward sending them some requested photo via the online form. The quote was transparent and detailed everything that was supplied and done. We had to get our electrical system updated and Jetson was able to work with bc hydro to get our service upgraded. They also applied for all necessary permits with the city and coordinated with the inspections. The crew was punctual and polite. Cleaned up everything after the job was done. Did a walk through and also how to operate the system. I am glad to have found Jetson. I will be using them for my laneway home and I do not hesitate to refer them to anybody.

Our mechanical room was in a tight space and required to move the water tank temporarily to install the air handler. They handled it without issues. The quality of their work, both inside and outside was top notch. The team also stuck to the timeline, which was a big plus and made the entire 1.5 day process stress-free. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail. Not only did they clean up meticulously after the job, but they also took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and delivering top-quality work. The heat pump has been running great so far. Can't wait till summer to use the A/C. Thank you Jetson for a wonderful experience replacing our furnace with a heat pump and upgrading our electricity to 200 amps. Your team was amazing to deal with from start to finish; Paisley and Coulter were extremely responsive, helpful and professional. Even though we had a hiccup on installation where the external heat pump wasn't connected properly on the first night, Jetson sent someone round immediately the next day to get it sorted.
