I recently had a heat pump installed by Jetson, and I’m happy with the service so far. The installation team (Sunith, Jason, and Peigemen) was punctual and eager to get the job done correctly. I’m still waiting for the water tank to be installed, but based on my experience so far, I’m confident they’ll handle it with the same level of care and professionalism. Andy also maintained clear communication throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone considering electrification (heat pump and beyond)!

The installation was smooth, professional, and completed right on time. The team, Penjman, Jason and Behan, were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before they left. Really impressed with the quality of work—highly recommended!

We had a great experience getting a new heat pump. Jetson guided us through everything from start to finish. The crew who installed it were very professional including removing and installing our new heat pump. They informed us of everything, answered all our questions and didn't leave until we felt comfortable to operate the system. On top of this they were polite and friendly. We feel that with the rebates we got a super deal and job was done much quicker than we expected. Thanks to all at Jetson and we will certainly recommend them to others. From approval to completion was 4 days. Only one day to complete removal of old system and installation of new. Cleaned up afterwards. took old system away. Staff were nice people, friendly, got down to business and worked hard. They were a well-functioning team of professionals and got the job done! If I ever needed to again, they'd be the first place I'd call! Laura

Very happy with this team. Prompt, efficient, tidied up everything afterwards. It took longer than the one day they said, but the electrical was finished up quickly the next day. Recommend Jetson.

Wow I thought it was too good to be true but jetson came through on their quote which was significantly less than the competition. They showed up when said they would and worked hard to finish the job but didn’t cut corners. Highly recommend you get in now while the rebates remain!
