We had a great experience getting a new heat pump. Jetson guided us through everything from start to finish. The crew who installed it were very professional including removing and installing our new heat pump. They informed us of everything, answered all our questions and didn't leave until we felt comfortable to operate the system. On top of this they were polite and friendly. We've been trying to upgrade to a heat pump for a few years and always found the many options confusing and overwhelming. Jetson fixed all that with their easy all-in-one call that saw our gas furnace replaced with a whole-house heat pump. The team rolled up (right on schedule) in their very cool e-vans and got everything done in just under two days. This included the electrical work and properly prepping the space outside. All we did was sit back and let them take care of everything. We appreciated how clean they were and respectful while working in and around the house. We now have an amazing system in our home to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter! I would recommend Jetson to anyone looking for an easy and very fairly priced conversion.

Recently got our heating system updated with a heat pump from Jetson. The process was straight forward sending them some requested photo via the online form. The quote was transparent and detailed everything that was supplied and done. We had to get our electrical system updated and Jetson was able to work with bc hydro to get our service upgraded. They also applied for all necessary permits with the city and coordinated with the inspections. The crew was punctual and polite. Cleaned up everything after the job was done. Did a walk through and also how to operate the system. I am glad to have found Jetson. I will be using them for my laneway home and I do not hesitate to refer them to anybody.

I just got a brand new 3t Heat Pump installation completed by Jetson team. Crew came into my home on time and they were very professional and friendly. I have to ask them to change the initial setting to reduce the footprint in my siding for the external equipment, which they agreed. The final result aligns perfectly with my expectations and the equipment is running smooth. I'm thankful for their hard work and recommend to anyone interested in going electric.
