Just had a heat pump installed during the freezing weather. Three very efficient and friendly guys (Pejmen, Sunith and Matt) did it in one day. They arrived on time, were well-organized and kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight. An hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled. I'm very pleased with the result, and the cost (with rebates thanks to the government of BC).

Wow I thought it was too good to be true but jetson came through on their quote which was significantly less than the competition. They showed up when said they would and worked hard to finish the job but didn’t cut corners. Highly recommend you get in now while the rebates remain!

As a 50 year Vancouver resident, we did a tonne of research and decided to go with Jetson. The process was smooth, my particular install was a little tricky, but Jason and the install crew worked hard, got the job done very professionally and kept the house nice and tidy; all staff was great. With the rebates offered, it was a no brainer—after rebates we were down to just under $4000 with no surprises at the end; so far so good.

The Jetson team was great to deal with from initial discussion through to post-install follow up. Highly recommend them for heat pump conversion. They offer competitive services/prices and the staff were great, considerate, accurate and fast.

Your team was amazing to deal with from start to finish; Paisley and Coulter were extremely responsive, helpful and professional. Even though we had a hiccup on installation where the external heat pump wasn't connected properly on the first night, Jetson sent someone round immediately the next day to get it sorted.

I had both a 200amp service upgrade (Colter did a great job and had a lot of experience with BC hydro/their contractors which is really important) and 3 ton heat pump installed by Jetson and both were done carefully with attention to detail. They immediately contacted a plumber and the issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction; great customer support via Paisley too, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
