The crew who installed it were very professional including removing and installing our new heat pump. They informed us of everything, answered all our questions and didn't leave until we felt comfortable to operate the system. On top of this they were polite and friendly. From approval to completion was 4 days. Only one day to complete removal of old system and installation of new. Cleaned up afterwards. took old system away. Staff were nice people, friendly, got down to business and worked hard. They were a well-functioning team of professionals and got the job done! I recently had a heat pump installed by Jetson, and I’m happy with the service so far. The installation team (Sunith, Jason, and Peigemen) was punctual and eager to get the job done correctly. I’m still waiting for the water tank to be installed, but based on my experience so far, I’m confident they’ll handle it with the same level of care and professionalism. Andy also maintained clear communication throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone considering electrification (heat pump and beyond)!
