The installation team arrived on time and started installation right away, worked steadily until the job was finished, and were very friendly. There was nothing to clean or tidy when they left, they took everything with them, and one fellow came into the house and helped us set up the new account on our phones and gave some tips on setting the temperature, through the 2 main seasons; he was very clear and concise, and answered all our questions. Thank you very much—it's been a pleasure.

The experience was excellent and the service from beginning to the end was first class from fantastic communication and patience answering all of our extra questions from sales with Gurk, then all the extra hard work client coordinator Nancy did, and A1 install team Mo, the electrician and the lead installer Pejman was amazing attention to detail and made the custom install fit the tight space in the furnace room.
