As a 50 year Vancouver resident, we did a tonne of research and decided to go with Jetson. The process was smooth, my particular install was a little tricky, but Jason and the install crew worked hard, got the job done very professionally and kept the house nice and tidy; all staff was great. With the rebates offered, it was a no brainer—after rebates we were down to just under $4000 with no surprises at the end; so far so good.

The quote was transparent and detailed everything that was supplied and done. We had to get our electrical system updated and Jetson was able to work with bc hydro to get our service upgraded. They also applied for all necessary permits with the city and coordinated with the inspections. The crew was punctual and polite. Cleaned up everything after the job was done. Jetson did everything they said they would do! All I did was apply for the rebate and they did the rest icluding collecting the rabate and supply and installation. Great to work with!

Just had a heat pump installed during the freezing weather. Three very efficient and friendly guys (Pejmen, Sunith and Matt) did it in one day. They arrived on time, were well-organized and kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight. An hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled. I'm very pleased with the result, and the cost (with rebates thanks to the government of BC).
