Replacing our 'vintage' gas furnace with Jetson Home was an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, communication with the project team was incredibly easy, and they made navigating the rebate process simple and stress-free. The installers were fantastic—fulfilling the one-day installation promise and working diligently until the job was done perfectly; the final setup is clean, professional, and well-placed, the lead hand explained the system’s operation in great detail before leaving, and this was a truly commendable installation and Jetson Home is a highly recommendable company!

I was hesitant with Jetsons virtual process for equipment and installation quotations. But throughout it all, Jetson was clear, responsive, and professional; the installation team was outstanding, so tidy and organized. So far I am very happy with our decision to use Jetson to upgrade our HVAC.

House was built in 1972 and I’m almost positive it was the original furnace, probably the oldest (maybe weirdest) setup they’ve run into; spent about an hour figuring out how to install, worked their butts off to get it done, and did—almost 12 hours! Looks great, great guys; if the system is half as good as the installers, I’m going to be bragging to my buddies for years.

I could not be happier with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone; the unit itself looks amazing and is incredibly quiet, and I can already feel the difference in house temperature with the nice cool air circulating—my thanks to the crew and to Jetson for the quality they are providing at a great price.

As a 50 year Vancouver resident, we did a tonne of research and decided to go with Jetson. The process was smooth, my particular install was a little tricky, but Jason and the install crew worked hard, got the job done very professionally and kept the house nice and tidy; all staff was great. With the rebates offered, it was a no brainer—after rebates we were down to just under $4000 with no surprises at the end; so far so good.

Recently got our heating system updated with a heat pump from Jetson. The process was straight forward sending them some requested photo via the online form. The quote was transparent and detailed everything that was supplied and done. We had to get our electrical system updated and Jetson was able to work with bc hydro to get our service upgraded. They also applied for all necessary permits with the city and coordinated with the inspections. The crew was punctual and polite. Cleaned up everything after the job was done. Did a walk through and also how to operate the system. I am glad to have found Jetson. I will be using them for my laneway home and I do not hesitate to refer them to anybody.

All we did was sit back and let them take care of everything. We appreciated how clean they were and respectful while working in and around the house. We now have an amazing system in our home to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter! I would recommend Jetson to anyone looking for an easy and very fairly priced conversion.
