I have to ask them to change the initial setting to reduce the footprint in my siding for the external equipment, which they agreed. I had a great experience working with Jetson; their technicians took the time to carefully observe the site and did their best to figure out the best solution for installing the system. During the initial site assessment, I was told they might need to cut into the drywall, but they ended up not cutting any at all, and due to the project's complexity, they invested extra time to ensure top-notch quality, yet incurred no extra charge. I really appreciate their expertise and want to thank the technicians, Rejman, Moe, and Naser.
