Wow I thought it was too good to be true but jetson came through on their quote which was significantly less than the competition. They showed up when said they would and worked hard to finish the job but didn’t cut corners. Highly recommend you get in now while the rebates remain!

Jetson did everything they said they would do! All I did was apply for the rebate and they did the rest icluding collecting the rabate and supply and installation. Great to work with!

Just had a heat pump installed during the freezing weather. Three very efficient and friendly guys (Pejmen, Sunith and Matt) did it in one day. They arrived on time, were well-organized and kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight. An hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled. I'm very pleased with the result, and the cost (with rebates thanks to the government of BC).

I’m still waiting for the water tank to be installed, but based on my experience so far, I’m confident they’ll handle it with the same level of care and professionalism. These guys are the best! The quote was immediate and cheaper than the competiton. There were several unique challenges with our location and none of these became our problem, they simply got dealt with by Jetson. And the invoice was exactly as quoted with no add ons and there were no delays on the timing they provided. The product works great and we are enjoying our new perfectly temperature controlled environment. I can't think of anything they could have done to make the experience better. These guys are true pros.
