No haggling on the price, even after running into some obstacles, and the team of 3 worked hard and even stayed late on the second day to ensure the job was done and the system was running as expected. Installed new heat pump and explained everything about the operating instructions. I am now able to just set the temperature even from my phone, and my favorite thing is that I can set schedules for lowering or raising the temperature for bedtime and morning. Very happy with the whole process; if someone asked me about heat pumps I would definitely tell them to contact Jetson.
