Cold Climate Heat Pumps — Built for BC Winters

Jetson did everything they said they would do! All I did was apply for the rebate and they did the rest icluding collecting the rabate and supply and installation. Great to work with!

Just had a heat pump installed during the freezing weather. Three very efficient and friendly guys (Pejmen, Sunith and Matt) did it in one day. They arrived on time, were well-organized and kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight. An hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled. I'm very pleased with the result, and the cost (with rebates thanks to the government of BC).

Recently got our heating system updated with a heat pump from Jetson. The process was straight forward sending them some requested photo via the online form. The quote was transparent and detailed everything that was supplied and done. We had to get our electrical system updated and Jetson was able to work with bc hydro to get our service upgraded. They also applied for all necessary permits with the city and coordinated with the inspections. The crew was punctual and polite. Cleaned up everything after the job was done. Did a walk through and also how to operate the system. I am glad to have found Jetson. I will be using them for my laneway home and I do not hesitate to refer them to anybody.

Even though we had a hiccup on installation where the external heat pump wasn't connected properly on the first night, Jetson sent someone round immediately the next day to get it sorted.
