Technicians Troy and Lauron and their manager John arrived on schedule at 7:30am; given the age of the house and complicated setup, they were here till 10pm, and I was amazed at how professional and courteous they were through the whole process. The 4 ton unit heated the house in 30 mins—amazing; house was left spotless after the wrapup, and we walked through how to use the app and thermostat.

From the start of the process, Rodrigo guided us, John did a fantastic site-survey and advised us on every detail, and Ide processed the paperwork; I felt confident we would be taken care of beautifully. I was even more amazed at how wonderful the Jetson technicians are—Lauron, Rob and Steve were professional, informative, friendly—in short, truly awesome; I'm truly ecstatic that I chose Jetson and I strongly recommend Jetson.
