Technicians Troy and Lauron and their manager John arrived on schedule at 7:30am; given the age of the house and complicated setup, they were here till 10pm, and I was amazed at how professional and courteous they were through the whole process. The 4 ton unit heated the house in 30 mins—amazing; house was left spotless after the wrapup, and we walked through how to use the app and thermostat.

They took about 1.5 days to install (due to some complications with my home) but the team did everything they could to make it work and now I have an incredible system in my home that will keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I was even more amazed at how wonderful the Jetson technicians are—Lauron, Rob and Steve were professional, informative, friendly—in short, truly awesome; I'm truly ecstatic that I chose Jetson and I strongly recommend Jetson.

The install team spearheaded by Serge and Hunter (as well as the electrician Steven and project manager John) were very personable, great technicians, and did an amazing job getting the job done in one day, even though the install was a little more challenging than normal. Had cool air running by the time we went to bed. For the price, speed, and performance, you can't beat Jetson.
