Lauron and Rob came early and stayed late to remove our old units and design and install this beautiful layout of the new equipment, and throughout the days we were fully informed with a starting update, progressive check ins, and end of day summaries; any trouble shooting was handled with thoughtful problem solving and exemplary skill execution. I highly recommend this team of electrician, site management, and installers, and with the Jetson equipment including a smart thermostat and app, my home is already cooler, more comfortable, and easier to handle.

Technicians Troy and Lauron and their manager John arrived on schedule at 7:30am; given the age of the house and complicated setup, they were here till 10pm, and I was amazed at how professional and courteous they were through the whole process. The 4 ton unit heated the house in 30 mins—amazing; house was left spotless after the wrapup, and we walked through how to use the app and thermostat.

The install team spearheaded by Serge and Hunter (as well as the electrician Steven and project manager John) were very personable, great technicians, and did an amazing job getting the job done in one day, even though the install was a little more challenging than normal. Had cool air running by the time we went to bed. For the price, speed, and performance, you can't beat Jetson.
