They took about 1.5 days to install (due to some complications with my home) but the team did everything they could to make it work and now I have an incredible system in my home that will keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Technicians Troy and Lauron and their manager John arrived on schedule at 7:30am; given the age of the house and complicated setup, they were here till 10pm, and I was amazed at how professional and courteous they were through the whole process.
