Technicians Troy and Lauron and their manager John arrived on schedule at 7:30am; given the age of the house and complicated setup, they were here till 10pm, and I was amazed at how professional and courteous they were through the whole process. The 4 ton unit heated the house in 30 mins—amazing; house was left spotless after the wrapup, and we walked through how to use the app and thermostat.

Jetson Home is great—great product and great service. Installers were on time and worked their butts off to get the job done. Would definitely recommend; if you want to spend less on gas or oil, make the switch!
