Online Heat Pump Installation Quote in Highland Falls, Clean Heat Rebates Included

Great customer service and great communication with the technicians.

Received excellent white glove service on installation of 3 heat pump units and air exchangers, with a full walk through with electrician (Steve) beforehand answering all questions and explaining so that I knew exactly what to expect. Lauron and Rob came early and stayed late to remove our old units and design and install this beautiful layout of the new equipment, and throughout the days we were fully informed with a starting update, progressive check ins, and end of day summaries; any trouble shooting was handled with thoughtful problem solving and exemplary skill execution. I highly recommend this team of electrician, site management, and installers, and with the Jetson equipment including a smart thermostat and app, my home is already cooler, more comfortable, and easier to handle.

Jetson Home is great—great product and great service. Installers were on time and worked their butts off to get the job done. Would definitely recommend; if you want to spend less on gas or oil, make the switch!

Team was professional and timely and left space clean. Took time to explain how the system works, and the process of getting installed was super quick — went from oil heating to 3 ton heat pump install in 1 day! Highly recommend!!

I had the install team at my house; it was a remarkable experience. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. Thank you Troy John, Lauron, and Steve.

I believe Jetson sent their best of the best to complete our installation. Technicians Troy and Lauron and their manager John arrived on schedule at 7:30am; given the age of the house and complicated setup, they were here till 10pm, and I was amazed at how professional and courteous they were through the whole process. The 4 ton unit heated the house in 30 mins—amazing; house was left spotless after the wrapup, and we walked through how to use the app and thermostat.

We recently replaced our old heat pump with a Jetson Home 3‑ton cold‑climate system, and the entire experience exceeded expectations; the installation was extremely professional, and the system is designed to stay efficient even down to 5°F. New York State offers rebates for cold‑climate heat pumps and Jetson applies those rebates upfront, handles every step of the process with a true white‑glove approach, and our total cost ended up being less than half of what other companies quoted us. They completed the entire job in a single day, were careful with the house, cleaned up thoroughly, their pricing is transparent, they never tried to upsell anything unnecessary, and they monitor the system remotely and can detect issues before they become problems.

Just completed installation of the new Jetson system with the team Troy, Will, and Hunter. They did a fantastic job, simple, clearly explained everything, cleaned everything up. Perfect service and excited to use the new system.

The install team spearheaded by Serge and Hunter (as well as the electrician Steven and project manager John) were very personable, great technicians, and did an amazing job getting the job done in one day, even though the install was a little more challenging than normal. Had cool air running by the time we went to bed. For the price, speed, and performance, you can't beat Jetson.
