Jetson rocks. I was able to get a heavily rebate subsidized system installed to replace a 20+ year old AC system and a 34 year old furnace; Juan, Kiara, and Darryl were excellent techs, they were in and out in a day, not an easy install either, I might add. Professional, courteous, and left the house and job site clean—great work Jetson!

The gentlemen were very polite and did a great job installing the equipment, answering my questions, and cleaning everything afterwards. They had me follow them while checking all the equipment that it works and running, along with showing me how the thermostat works and how other things work. I’m 100% satisfied in their performance and their communication with me throughout the job.

I had an excellent experience with my heat pump installation from Jetson. Lead installer Angel was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure every part of the job was completed correctly; Electrician Trevor was fantastic—efficient, knowledgeable, and completed the electric work quickly without sacrificing quality; and Technician Juan did an outstanding job with the installation. Everything was installed neatly, the system was up and running perfectly, the entire team was courteous, hardworking, and took pride in their work, and I highly recommend Jetson to anyone looking for a professional Heat pump installation.

We just had our Jetson Home heat pump installed by an exceedingly knowledgeable, courteous and clean team. Michael, Kelly, Kiara and Jacob were all extremely friendly and conscientious; they showed up on time, got the install done pretty quickly, and did a great job explaining the system to us. No complaints!

Our heat pump installation went very smoothly, and the installation crew was fantastic. The crew was nice, personable, and explained everything very well; they worked hard, were very cognizant of our nearby garden, and they cleaned everything up very well. The whole process with Jetson has been very smooth and we are very pleased with our new heat pump.

We got a great deal on a Jetson Home 4 ton heat pump, with rebates applied up front reducing out-of-pocket expenses. There were some process logistics that frustrated me and slowed things down which added stress; on install day we finished with a working indoor & outdoor heat pump system that has provided comfort in the 2 months we have had it, and I still rate 5 stars and I recommend.

Cannot recommend highly enough. System works great, install crew was as friendly as could be.

Have had a great experience with Jetson so far; basically got a brand new heat pump for $1k with all the rebates, and the crew that installed the system were very professional and made the process look easy. Jetson has been responsive to the above and is working to figure out next steps, and UPDATE: auto mode is fixed, the thermostat issues were mostly user error (me), and the loud vent is serviceable by Jetson (ductwork) but holes in drywall are required and they cannot do dry wall repair (totally fine with me, just happy they can address the noise). So again, highly recommend these guys!!
