Boulder Heat Pump Systems - Quote in Minutes

I worked with Dev Singh. It was a great experience.

I had a Jetson installed last fall; the install was seamless, and Jetson has been on top of it with any adjustments and tweaks since then. Everyone that has walked into my home has been professional, friendly, and willing to ask all my questions while they work, and last week Jeff came to install the updated home monitor. He was quick, thorough, and professional through and through, and so far, the switch to the heat pump has been great.

Had a whole house heat pump installed, replaced my furnace and AC for 7K all in (and I should get a 2K fed tax credit unless the redhead does away with it). No joke. That is what it should cost IMO given the cost of the unit, the time to install (1 day) and all the rebates. None of the other quotes I got where anywhere close, several were 3X (as I learned in this process many HVAC companies have been taken over by private equity, and that has jacked prices). The Jetson sales reps and the installation crew were professional from start to finish. No BS, no issues. Passed the city inspection with no issues.

Cannot recommend highly enough. System works great, install crew was as friendly as could be.

Have had a great experience with Jetson so far; basically got a brand new heat pump for $1k with all the rebates, and the crew that installed the system were very professional and made the process look easy. Jetson has been responsive to the above and is working to figure out next steps, and UPDATE: auto mode is fixed, the thermostat issues were mostly user error (me), and the loud vent is serviceable by Jetson (ductwork) but holes in drywall are required and they cannot do dry wall repair (totally fine with me, just happy they can address the noise). So again, highly recommend these guys!!
