Get an Instant Heat Pump Installation Quote in Louisville, Xcel Rebates Included

Had a whole house heat pump installed, replaced my furnace and AC for 7K all in (and I should get a 2K fed tax credit unless the redhead does away with it). No joke. That is what it should cost IMO given the cost of the unit, the time to install (1 day) and all the rebates. None of the other quotes I got where anywhere close, several were 3X (as I learned in this process many HVAC companies have been taken over by private equity, and that has jacked prices). The Jetson sales reps and the installation crew were professional from start to finish. No BS, no issues. Passed the city inspection with no issues.

Jetson provided a great estimate process, prepping for all rebates, credits and discounts up front, and the day after we paid our deposit they were able to schedule our install in one week—amazing. On installation day, Jose, Juan, and Jimmy arrived right on time, I had great communication with all three, and 8 1/2 hours later we had a beautifully installed system; they cleaned up thoroughly, answered my questions, and hauled away the old furnace and air conditioner. We had a problem connecting the system hub to our wi‑fi, but Customer Service called back the next morning and within a few minutes we used a 2.4GHz network and the hub connected; customer service was outstanding, the equipment is first class and highly efficient and has performed flawlessly since.

I'm amazed by the speed and efficiency with which Michael, Kevin, Juan, and crew were able to install.

Everyone that has walked into my home has been professional, friendly, and willing to ask all my questions while they work, and last week Jeff came to install the updated home monitor. He was quick, thorough, and professional through and through, and so far, the switch to the heat pump has been great.
