I had a super clean install and friendly staff. When we had an issue (we needed an auxiliary heat strip), their team came back to take care of everything. They really have exceeded my expectations—if you need to replace a gas furnace start here!

One day install and heat pump is working well. Install team was communicative and professional.

Jetson replaced my old gas furnace with the new Jetson electric heat pump in one day, on the coldest day of the winter so far. The crew worked from 8 am until 10:30 pm to make sure the system was running and that our house had heat for the night; the project lead did a great job of keeping me informed and answering questions, the electrician was professional and explained what he was doing, Rafa did an amazing job working outside all day in the cold and snow, and the crew were all professional, kept the work site clean, hauled away the old unit, and left our house looking like no one had worked for 14.5 hours during a snow storm. I would highly recommend this team!

The team that did our install was fantastic. They were efficient and experts in their various tasks, worked exceptionally well with each other, stayed until all aspects of the install were working properly, and made sure we were comfortable with the app. We checked out 3 HVAC companies when shopping for our whole house heat pump and I'm confident we made the correct choice with Jetson.

Everyone at Jetson was amazing, and Alanzo answered all of our questions and patiently walked us through the whole process. The install crew were amazing and even finished up late at night so they wouldn't have to intrude the next day, and we love our Jetson Heat Pump!

The technicians are very professional, with great team work, and respect to the client. They laid out a green carpet, worked in the snow and tight crawl spaces, improvised with my requests and concerns without additional cost, and cleaned up after they were done. I was so pleased I sent my friend their way; the heat pump installation was about 17 hours.
