Their quotes were way below those of competitors and they actually offered an all electric solution instead of trying to sell me on a hybrid with a furnace (we didn't want to maintain a hybrid system). Great one-day service by very friendly folks! They got the old methane-burner out, pulled the a/c compressor, installed all pieces of the Jetson Heat pump, and cleaned up after themselves. The assistance on getting all the rebates etc was invaluable with a cash difference of over $10k.

The installation team was awesome and went above and beyond to get us set up. The system so far has worked well and is quiet, while also being pretty low profile. Only minor complaint is the timeline from approval to installation, but it’s a busy time of year for it so I understand it too.
