I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Jetson Home — we had a 5-ton and 2-ton system installed, and from start to finish, the entire process was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, showed up on time, communicated clearly, answered questions, explained everything, and made what could have been a stressful project feel seamless and easy; the quality of the installation is top-notch and they left everything clean and in great shape. Just had my final visit from Jetson after having my new heat pump installed. The guys were fantastic, very respectful of my time and transparent, and Jetson as a whole made sure to address all of my issues and concerns, including several video calls, site visits, and maintenance check-ins; any time something wasn't working properly they sent someone out promptly to take a look and make sure it was working. Everything is working smoothly now!

My system was installed last week and I was very impressed with the entire process. Jetson had the best price, were responsive from the beginning, the installation crew was friendly, efficient, clean, and worked great as a team, and I’m already impressed with the system—it’s super quiet. Making this decision was a no-brainer, and Jetson did all of the work navigating the Mass Save application process and “fronted” me the rebate savings in their final cost.

James, Chris, and Mo installed our heat pump in a day. They explained the system and how it operates in great detail during the installation. It was a great experience; they were professional and courteous, and the system is up and working great.
