My system was installed last week and I was very impressed with the entire process. Jetson had the best price, were responsive from the beginning, the installation crew was friendly, efficient, clean, and worked great as a team, and I’m already impressed with the system—it’s super quiet. Making this decision was a no-brainer, and Jetson did all of the work navigating the Mass Save application process and “fronted” me the rebate savings in their final cost.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Jetson Home — we had a 5-ton and 2-ton system installed, and from start to finish, the entire process was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, showed up on time, communicated clearly, answered questions, explained everything, and made what could have been a stressful project feel seamless and easy; the quality of the installation is top-notch and they left everything clean and in great shape. Exceptional work — 5-star experience — highly recommend.

Just had my final visit from Jetson after having my new heat pump installed. The guys were fantastic, very respectful of my time and transparent, and Jetson as a whole made sure to address all of my issues and concerns, including several video calls, site visits, and maintenance check-ins; any time something wasn't working properly they sent someone out promptly to take a look and make sure it was working. Everything is working smoothly now!

Will, Surge, and Tony were very professional and courteous. Very positive in explaining from installing the heat pump to the thermostat installation.

This Mass Save approved installer is an absolute home run; from first contact with sales representative David Shoolestani, then project coordinator, Joseph DeNatale to the installation crew, Mo, Sean, Anthony, Hunter, and the electricians from Lussier, I was very impressed. I started the process on February 14 from the simple answer of an email, not knowing anything about heat pump systems and today, March 12, I am very knowledgeable about this system that was installed in just one day, yesterday. All names previously mentioned were absolutely fantastic during the entire process—extremely knowledgeable, respectful, willing to explain everything—and I could not be happier with the entire process; the people, quality of work, pride, and ease of communication were hands-down, the best part of the process, and I highly recommend Jetson.
