Jetson customer service was amazing, and I loved dealing with Yezmin and my sales rep. The install took 12 hours but that was fine; it was a difficult job that the team kept moving forward, worked incredibly hard, kept me informed, and were so polite and respectful. Supervisor Moe was A+ all the way, installers Jamie, Chris, Pablo and Serge are the best, and I HIGHLY recommend Jetson; their employees are top notch.

The guys were fantastic, very respectful of my time and transparent, and Jetson as a whole made sure to address all of my issues and concerns, including several video calls, site visits, and maintenance check-ins; any time something wasn't working properly they sent someone out promptly to take a look and make sure it was working. Everything is working smoothly now!
