Colorado Homeowners: Replace Your Furnace in Just One Day

I had a super clean install and friendly staff. When we had an issue (we needed an auxiliary heat strip), their team came back to take care of everything. They really have exceeded my expectations—if you need to replace a gas furnace start here!

I had a Jetson installed last fall; the install was seamless, and Jetson has been on top of it with any adjustments and tweaks since then. Everyone that has walked into my home has been professional, friendly, and willing to ask all my questions while they work, and last week Jeff came to install the updated home monitor. He was quick, thorough, and professional through and through, and so far, the switch to the heat pump has been great.

Roger and his very professional team installed a new heat pump system in our home. They did a wonderful job; all the team were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The Jetson team did a great job for us; we replaced our AC and furnace with a 4 ton heat pump and it's working great. They were on the Xcel Energy approved vendor list, their quote was the lowest we received, and the installation team worked hard the entire day, communicated well, and were true professionals—I highly recommend this company.

I decided to replace my HVAC system with a heat pump. The salesman explained everything to me and walked me through the process, and the installers were great—they arrived on time, finished the install in 1 day and explained to me everything they were doing, and they left the area clean and showed complete respect for my home. Once the install was done the system was explained to me thoroughly; these guys were rock stars!

The Jetson crew of Sean, Ian, and Juan (plus Electrician whose name I forgot) did great job on the installation of our system. We appreciated their courtesy, and willingness to keep us informed of install steps and progress.

The process is incredibly easy, from a clear and transparent up-front quote to an almost exclusively virtual experience—this was exactly the way I want to engage in a major home project. As someone who cares about sustainability and has looked into heat pumps before, their focus on whole home electrification really changes the experience, and the fact that they are willing to claim the credits for you and absorb that cost up front is huge. All of the teams I worked with, from my sales person Aakash to my project coordinator, Andy, to my install team led by Reza, were incredibly professional, respectful and knowledgeable; I went from thinking about getting it done to fully installed and permitted in less than a month, and I absolutely cannot recommend Jetson and their process/services enough.
