Jetson in Delta

As a 50 year Vancouver resident, we did a tonne of research and decided to go with Jetson. The process was smooth, my particular install was a little tricky, but Jason and the install crew worked hard, got the job done very professionally and kept the house nice and tidy; all staff was great. With the rebates offered, it was a no brainer—after rebates we were down to just under $4000 with no surprises at the end; so far so good.

Replacing our 'vintage' gas furnace with Jetson Home was an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, communication with the project team was incredibly easy, and they made navigating the rebate process simple and stress-free. The installers were fantastic—fulfilling the one-day installation promise and working diligently until the job was done perfectly; the final setup is clean, professional, and well-placed, the lead hand explained the system’s operation in great detail before leaving, and this was a truly commendable installation and Jetson Home is a highly recommendable company!

The team was super helpful and on time. Gave a clear roadmap of what was going to be done, kept me updated all day of the project, and cleaned up properly after too. I am super happy with their service.

The installation team arrived on time and started installation right away, worked steadily until the job was finished, and were very friendly. There was nothing to clean or tidy when they left, they took everything with them, and one fellow came into the house and helped us set up the new account on our phones and gave some tips on setting the temperature, through the 2 main seasons; he was very clear and concise, and answered all our questions. Thank you very much—it's been a pleasure.

The experience was excellent and the service from beginning to the end was first class from fantastic communication and patience answering all of our extra questions from sales with Gurk, then all the extra hard work client coordinator Nancy did, and A1 install team Mo, the electrician and the lead installer Pejman was amazing attention to detail and made the custom install fit the tight space in the furnace room. All done with a smile and they took the time to clean up and show us how to use our new electric system; I strongly recommend Jetset and their team.

I am totally satisfied with the very professional and interactive service provided by Jetsonhome. I will gladly recommend them to anyone requiring a heat pump upgrade from a fossil fuel furnace.

I just got new heat pump installed with Jetson, and I am very happy with the work. From the very beginning to the installation, every team member was very professional. The installation work was very professionally done and I was very happy with the warm people during the installation. Very clean job. I am looking forward to warm and cool my house with the new equipment. Thanks team!

Jetson did everything they said they would do! All I did was apply for the rebate and they did the rest icluding collecting the rabate and supply and installation. Great to work with!

Just had a heat pump installed during the freezing weather. Three very efficient and friendly guys (Pejmen, Sunith and Matt) did it in one day. They arrived on time, were well-organized and kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight. An hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled. I'm very pleased with the result, and the cost (with rebates thanks to the government of BC).
