I’m still waiting for the water tank to be installed, but based on my experience so far, I’m confident they’ll handle it with the same level of care and professionalism. I just got a brand new 3t Heat Pump installation completed by Jetson team. Crew came into my home on time and they were very professional and friendly. I have to ask them to change the initial setting to reduce the footprint in my siding for the external equipment, which they agreed. The final result aligns perfectly with my expectations and the equipment is running smooth. I'm thankful for their hard work and recommend to anyone interested in going electric.

Our gas 20 year old furnace failed during spring so it was time replace it. We decided to change over to heat pump since BC had some rebate offerings. We gathered some quotes from several vendors. Ultimately, we chose Jetson for the following reasons: - They were quick to respond and addressed all of my questions promptly. - Out of the 5 vendors we contacted, they offered the best quote. Saved a few thousands. - They were knowledgeable about the available rebate programs and will help with the process if needed. - They took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, so we knew exactly what to expect. - Mobile app to monitor/manage climate offering On installation day, they arrived fully prepared. Every team member was professional and polite. They assessed our home and provided options on where to place the outdoor unit. Our mechanical room was in a tight space and required to move the water tank temporarily to install the air handler. They handled it without issues. The quality of their work, both inside and outside was top notch. The team also stuck to the timeline, which was a big plus and made the entire 1.5 day process stress-free. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail. Not only did they clean up meticulously after the job, but they also took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had. Just had a heat pump installed during the freezing weather. Three very efficient and friendly guys (Pejmen, Sunith and Matt) did it in one day. They arrived on time, were well-organized and kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight. An hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled. I'm very pleased with the result, and the cost (with rebates thanks to the government of BC).

Very happy with this team. Prompt, efficient, tidied up everything afterwards. It took longer than the one day they said, but the electrical was finished up quickly the next day. Recommend Jetson.

Replaced my old gas furnace with a new heat pump. Two months in, examining the decrease in my gas bill, the increase in my electric bill, and comparing with last year before the heat pump, I see that each month I have saved on the total cost of heating. And based on the numbers, I expect to avoid emitting about 3.5 tonnes of carbon annually. Woo hoo!

From approval to completion was 4 days. Only one day to complete removal of old system and installation of new. Cleaned up afterwards. took old system away. Staff were nice people, friendly, got down to business and worked hard. They were a well-functioning team of professionals and got the job done! Jetson did everything they said they would do! All I did was apply for the rebate and they did the rest icluding collecting the rabate and supply and installation. Great to work with!

These guys are the best! The quote was immediate and cheaper than the competiton. There were several unique challenges with our location and none of these became our problem, they simply got dealt with by Jetson. And the invoice was exactly as quoted with no add ons and there were no delays on the timing they provided. The product works great and we are enjoying our new perfectly temperature controlled environment. I can't think of anything they could have done to make the experience better. These guys are true pros.

Recently got our heating system updated with a heat pump from Jetson. The process was straight forward sending them some requested photo via the online form. The quote was transparent and detailed everything that was supplied and done. We had to get our electrical system updated and Jetson was able to work with bc hydro to get our service upgraded. They also applied for all necessary permits with the city and coordinated with the inspections. The crew was punctual and polite. Cleaned up everything after the job was done. Did a walk through and also how to operate the system. I am glad to have found Jetson. I will be using them for my laneway home and I do not hesitate to refer them to anybody.

We've been trying to upgrade to a heat pump for a few years and always found the many options confusing and overwhelming. Jetson fixed all that with their easy all-in-one call that saw our gas furnace replaced with a whole-house heat pump. The team rolled up (right on schedule) in their very cool e-vans and got everything done in just under two days. This included the electrical work and properly prepping the space outside. All we did was sit back and let them take care of everything. We appreciated how clean they were and respectful while working in and around the house. We now have an amazing system in our home to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter! I would recommend Jetson to anyone looking for an easy and very fairly priced conversion.
