I just got a brand new 3t Heat Pump installation completed by Jetson team. Crew came into my home on time and they were very professional and friendly. I have to ask them to change the initial setting to reduce the footprint in my siding for the external equipment, which they agreed. The final result aligns perfectly with my expectations and the equipment is running smooth. I'm thankful for their hard work and recommend to anyone interested in going electric.

I had a great experience working with Jetson; their technicians took the time to carefully observe the site and did their best to figure out the best solution for installing the system. During the initial site assessment, I was told they might need to cut into the drywall, but they ended up not cutting any at all, and due to the project's complexity, they invested extra time to ensure top-notch quality, yet incurred no extra charge. I really appreciate their expertise and want to thank the technicians, Rejman, Moe, and Naser.

I recently had a heat pump installed by Jetson, and I’m happy with the service so far. The installation team (Sunith, Jason, and Peigemen) was punctual and eager to get the job done correctly. I’m still waiting for the water tank to be installed, but based on my experience so far, I’m confident they’ll handle it with the same level of care and professionalism. Andy also maintained clear communication throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone considering electrification (heat pump and beyond)!

We had a great experience getting a new heat pump. Jetson guided us through everything from start to finish. The crew who installed it were very professional including removing and installing our new heat pump. They informed us of everything, answered all our questions and didn't leave until we felt comfortable to operate the system. On top of this they were polite and friendly. We feel that with the rebates we got a super deal and job was done much quicker than we expected. Thanks to all at Jetson and we will certainly recommend them to others. From approval to completion was 4 days. Only one day to complete removal of old system and installation of new. Cleaned up afterwards. took old system away. Staff were nice people, friendly, got down to business and worked hard. They were a well-functioning team of professionals and got the job done! Wow I thought it was too good to be true but jetson came through on their quote which was significantly less than the competition. They showed up when said they would and worked hard to finish the job but didn’t cut corners. Highly recommend you get in now while the rebates remain!

The installation team arrived on time and started installation right away, worked steadily until the job was finished, and were very friendly. There was nothing to clean or tidy when they left, they took everything with them, and one fellow came into the house and helped us set up the new account on our phones and gave some tips on setting the temperature, through the 2 main seasons; he was very clear and concise, and answered all our questions. Thank you very much—it's been a pleasure.

The experience was excellent and the service from beginning to the end was first class from fantastic communication and patience answering all of our extra questions from sales with Gurk, then all the extra hard work client coordinator Nancy did, and A1 install team Mo, the electrician and the lead installer Pejman was amazing attention to detail and made the custom install fit the tight space in the furnace room. All done with a smile and they took the time to clean up and show us how to use our new electric system; I strongly recommend Jetset and their team.
