Great experience with Jetson Home installation. James and Pablo were absolutely awesome from start to finish; they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their workmanship was excellent, and they made sure the insulation was done right and work areas were left clean when they finished.

Jetson customer service was amazing, and I loved dealing with Yezmin and my sales rep. The install took 12 hours but that was fine; it was a difficult job that the team kept moving forward, worked incredibly hard, kept me informed, and were so polite and respectful. Supervisor Moe was A+ all the way, installers Jamie, Chris, Pablo and Serge are the best, and I HIGHLY recommend Jetson; their employees are top notch.

I had fantastic installation experience with Sean, Chris, and Richard. Installed a new heat pump system, excellent communication at all stages of process from Alanzo and Yezmin through the final installation.

I just had Jetson install a cold-weather heat pump, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The office team was capable, competent, and quick to get me on the installation schedule, and made sure I took advantage of every rebate I was eligible for. The installation crew was top-notch, knowledgeable, courteous, proactive problem-solvers who were willing to go the extra mile, and everyone was patient, easygoing, informative, detail-oriented, and genuinely eager to please—I highly recommend Jetson to anyone considering a heat pump installation.

The experience we had with Jetson from start to finish was amazing. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful of our home and property; the gents removed our old furnace and central air compressor and installed a heat pump in ONE day right before a heatwave, left every area they worked in spotless, and by the time they left, our home was already cooler. We can’t thank them enough—Jamie, Chris, Pablo and Serge, you guys are super stars to us—and we will be telling everyone we can about Jetson and the superb service you all provide!

My system was installed last week and I was very impressed with the entire process. Jetson had the best price, were responsive from the beginning, the installation crew was friendly, efficient, clean, and worked great as a team, and I’m already impressed with the system—it’s super quiet. Making this decision was a no-brainer, and Jetson did all of the work navigating the Mass Save application process and “fronted” me the rebate savings in their final cost.

Sean, James, and Chris were professional, quick, and clean. They set everything up, were very very respectful of the home and our kids, and answered any and all questions we had. 10/10 service.
