Just had my final visit from Jetson after having my new heat pump installed. The guys were fantastic, very respectful of my time and transparent, and Jetson as a whole made sure to address all of my issues and concerns, including several video calls, site visits, and maintenance check-ins; any time something wasn't working properly they sent someone out promptly to take a look and make sure it was working. Everything is working smoothly now!

This company is amazing!! They are great communicators, have amazing technicians, have a great product, and are more affordable than most! We highly recommend!

This Mass Save approved installer is an absolute home run; from first contact with sales representative David Shoolestani, then project coordinator, Joseph DeNatale to the installation crew, Mo, Sean, Anthony, Hunter, and the electricians from Lussier, I was very impressed. I started the process on February 14 from the simple answer of an email, not knowing anything about heat pump systems and today, March 12, I am very knowledgeable about this system that was installed in just one day, yesterday. All names previously mentioned were absolutely fantastic during the entire process—extremely knowledgeable, respectful, willing to explain everything—and I could not be happier with the entire process; the people, quality of work, pride, and ease of communication were hands-down, the best part of the process, and I highly recommend Jetson.

Great friendly crew with excellent service, answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Up and running, and made sure I knew how it worked and that it was performing properly.

The crew showed up at about 9:30 am, and I had my new system running by 4 pm. Ozzy and his team were awesome!!

I just got a brand new, energy efficient $25,000 HVAC system for less than $1000 out of pocket, replacing my 20+ year-old gas furnace & AC that were having issues. The process was SUPER SIMPLE and they were awesome every step of the way, satisfactorily answering all my questions about how the price was too good to be true and the quality of what I am getting, providing all the details and links for the rebate submission process and start-to-finish one-day installation. Overall super thrilled—it was zero headache and easy to accomplish without becoming a part-time job coordinating everything. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Jetson Home; from the very beginning, the whole process was impressive, the quote was thorough, they explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident before the install even started. We got our heat pump installed by Mike, Juan, Jeremy, and Riordan today. They kept us posted of what was going on for the whole day and were respectful of our place while they were doing their job. Though we are still on our first day of using the app and experiencing the system, their service sets the tone for what we are expecting from this company if anything happens from now on!

Overall, Jetson was a great company to work with! I was able to get 2 separate systems installed at my duplex one day after the other, and the same great crew did both sides. Still 5 stars; definitely worth it in the end!

I had a great group of professional and friendly guys come out for installation. They communicated well with what all steps they were taking and the function for each part of their installation, as well as taking the time to teach me and my wife how to operate our new system. The system works incredible, with our old-school brick duplex already feeling the coolest its felt all summer.

Installation was great. The crew was very efficient and communicative.

Great one-day service by very friendly folks! They got the old methane-burner out, pulled the a/c compressor, installed all pieces of the Jetson Heat pump, and cleaned up after themselves. The assistance on getting all the rebates etc was invaluable with a cash difference of over $10k.
