Upfront prices, clear explanation of the work breakdown, and walking me through the entire process; the installation crew was very professional, did a neat job, and followed through the post inspection process as well. Overall very satisfied with Jetson Home.

Jetson did an outstanding job with my new heat pump installation. The team went the extra mile, working with me to make sure my own thermal engineering hand calculations matched their in house computerized results, and they also oversized the unit at my request. The installation was smooth, on time, and handled with true white-glove care, all completed in a single day; they left the space spotless, explained everything clearly, made sure I was fully comfortable using the system, and their quick post-installation support has been excellent as well.
