I had a heart pump installed to replace an old gas furnace and central system. The Jetson team showed up and introduced themselves, Sean, Tony, Serg, Mike and Brett, and had the old system out inside of an hour. Replacement was finished and heat worked later that day—very polite and efficient, top quality experience.

We had a whole home heat pump install and the team at Jetson were phenomenal; the process of getting started online/remotely was easy, and we were given a solid idea of what to expect having our oil burning furnace replaced with a high efficiently heat pump. The technicians we worked with were professional, clear communicators, and gave accurate expectations for timing and process; our install was done in the matter of an afternoon, and I appreciate that the coordinators at Jetson took care of the paperwork and permitting side of things for us. The installation was completed at the beginning of May by Rob, Pablo, Sergio and Rich. They were a courteous and professional team and worked pretty much non-stop to complete the installation in one day with no corners cut, and the installation is really well done. I was really happy with the entire process, and the system has been a godsend with the heat we've experienced so far this summer and for once in 13 years the entire house is comfortable.
