I recently had an installation completed by Jetson Air and wanted to share a great experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, well-organized, and exactly what you hope for when dealing with a home service. James and Sergio were professional, respectful, and courteous, walked me through what they were doing, answered questions clearly, made sure everything was left clean and in order, and I would not hesitate to recommend Jetson Air.

When my aging oil furnace system quit on us and central air was on its last legs, I did some research on cold climate but pumps and Jetson was highly recommended. They handle the rebate process up front so it lowered the upfront costs, and from quote to install, they made the process easy and seamless along side MassSave. With a 10 year full system warranty and a relatively cheap monthly service plan, it’s too good of a deal not to pass up; depending on your electricity provider (I have eversource), you can get a reduced winter rate with proof of an install to further help offset costs of switching. Win win!

Sean, James, and Chris were amazing working in my home. They did a very good job installing our central air system quickly and quietly, and took the time to explain all the details about the system. If I ever needed this service again I would request them.

I intentionally waited about a month before writing this review so I could evaluate not just the sales and installation process, but also the real-world performance of our whole-home ducted heat pump system. From the initial consultation to post-installation support, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and extremely well managed, and after living with it through real winter weather, I can confidently say this has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The heat pump performance has exceeded our expectations with more even, quieter heating and noticeably better energy efficiency, and Jetson supported the project before, during, and after installation and stood behind their work every step of the way.

The installation was very quick and easy, lasting from 8 AM to 1 PM. The crew was very nice and patient with my questions and requests; the install was flawless and my home was as clean or more clean than when they started.
