Excellent and very professional crew of 4 that operated like a well oiled machine; 9 hours from start to a fully working heat pump. Old equipment removed and work areas fully cleaned, and communications were excellent from first contact to completion. Net pricing after rebates was less than half that of a competitive installer's quote, definitely a 5 star install experience, and I'd highly recommend Jetson to anyone looking for a heat pump upgrade.

I had work done by Jetson Homes. From the start, the team was very professional—there was very little interruption to my day, they worked quickly, were very knowledgeable, and always polite; a small hiccup due to the layout of my house was addressed immediately and resolved right away. The difference with the heat pump is night and day: it’s quiet—I honestly can’t even tell it’s running—and the air feels much more comfortable; I’m very happy with everything and would highly recommend Jetson Homes and the system they installed.

Rich helped me with my smart hub install. He was very helpful in relocating my thermostat and assisting me with fixing the filter inside of air handler. It was a very complicated process, but he managed to figure it out; very smart and helpful—I appreciate him. He was very courteous.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Joseph went above and beyond helping with Mass Save to help getting all the rebates and savings possible. The crew were very professional, showed up on time and worked very hard to get the job done; they even cleaned and left no mess behind and didn’t leave until they made sure everything is working properly.

I highly recommend Jetson—again excellent service. They put in a new furnace; they were professional, were prompt on time, and cleaned up after they completed job. Rob was very kind and explained how the thermostat works and how to use the app, and he explained how furnace works.

We had issues with how the unit aesthetically looked outside of our house and they came back out for a full relocation of the unit. The entire team was friendly, professional and hardworking—James and Moe especially—and the Jetson unit runs great and we love it. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking into heat pumps.

Jetson Air is like the Tesla of HVAC, offering an overall experience that’s both great and run by a team that knows what they’re doing. Every step of the way, the experience was responsive, organized, and professional; there were no unexpected callbacks or surprises on installation day—just a smooth, well-run process from a company that clearly values its work. I’ll be back in six months to share a performance update, but if the system runs as smoothly as the installation experience, I already know how that review will go; other HVAC companies should definitely take note.
