These guys are the best! The quote was immediate and cheaper than the competiton. There were several unique challenges with our location and none of these became our problem, they simply got dealt with by Jetson. And the invoice was exactly as quoted with no add ons and there were no delays on the timing they provided. The product works great and we are enjoying our new perfectly temperature controlled environment. I can't think of anything they could have done to make the experience better. I recently had a 4-ton heat pump installed by Jetson Home in my North Vancouver residence and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. Installation Process - The installation was remarkably quick, taking only two days to complete. The team was not only efficient but also extremely friendly and accommodating. Replaced my old gas furnace with a new heat pump. Two months in, examining the decrease in my gas bill, the increase in my electric bill, and comparing with last year before the heat pump, I see that each month I have saved on the total cost of heating. And based on the numbers, I expect to avoid emitting about 3.5 tonnes of carbon annually. Woo hoo!

No haggling on the price, even after running into some obstacles, and the team of 3 worked hard and even stayed late on the second day to ensure the job was done and the system was running as expected. Excellent overall experience in all respects. Efficient installation, great communication, and extremely helpful with their turn-key solution for grants and permits.

Installed new heat pump and explained everything about the operating instructions. I am now able to just set the temperature even from my phone, and my favorite thing is that I can set schedules for lowering or raising the temperature for bedtime and morning. Very happy with the whole process; if someone asked me about heat pumps I would definitely tell them to contact Jetson.

Jetson Team was prompt, friendly and easy to interact with. The system provides a consistent heat through out the day and night, which is nice and makes the home more comfortable, and 2/3rds to 4/5ths quieter than the old furnace. I look forward to see how the cooling works out, as this was installed in my mom's home and she is 84 years old and will be happy to have a cool home this summer!

Installation technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient with installation. They answered all my questions regarding Heat Pump installation and demoed on how system works after installation. Very professional with installation, removed my old furnace and installed new Heat pump, they even vacuumed area of installation; very professional, Thanks to all three installation technicians.

I’m really happy with the install. The team worked hard from 8:30 am to 7:30pm to get everything running and cleaned up really well, with lots of attention to detail. They explained the system and how to operate it very well, and they are coming back to add a drainage pipe, which they will make as unobtrusive as possible.

The Jetson teams were professional people. The office staffs were very helpful, fast, friendly and explainable with the neatly layouts of the heat pump. Their pricing was reasonable, and I was very happy with the results.
