What a pleasant experience. We had our heat pump installed yesterday, and the workers were super courteous and efficient; we needed a sub panel installed and the electrician went above and beyond tidying up other circuits unrelated to the install. I highly recommend this company.

Today the awesome Jetson team installed the Heating & Cooling Heat Pump system at my residence. All the Jetson staff are true professionals who took care of all the installation process from start to finish without any inconvenience to the host. Very polite and answered all the queries, and the office staff is excellent and took care of all permits and BC Hydro rebate.

We had our system installed with a fixed cost that was very competitive and it is working great. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything really well; installers were very competent and the whole job was done in two days even though it was complex. Really smooth process—definitely recommend.

The price is right and quote includes everything including hauling away your old furnace and applying for all permits; our many questions were answered patiently, and we were helped with paperwork to apply for the rebates. Once rebates were secured things went quickly, and a week later we had the heating and cooling updated in our 80+ year old home by 3 efficient and knowledgeable professionals in only 1 day, and they left the house and surrounds clean and tidy.

Our experience with the Jetson team has been excellent. We had a heat pump installed and our natural gas furnace removed, and the rebates make it very easy to manage financially. I wouldn't hesitate if you have been thinking about upgrading to a heat pump.

I thought it was too good to be true, but jetson came through on their quote, which was significantly less than the competition. They showed up when said they would, worked hard to finish the job, and didn’t cut corners. Highly recommend you get in now while the rebates remain!

Replaced my old gas furnace with a new heat pump. Two months in, examining the decrease in my gas bill, the increase in my electric bill, and comparing with last year before the heat pump, I see that each month I have saved on the total cost of heating. And based on the numbers, I expect to avoid emitting about 3.5 tonnes of carbon annually—Woo hoo!

These guys were fast and professional. Loved how they kept everything clean, and 1/4 cost of other comparable systems! Definitely recommend them in the future.

Just had a heat pump installed during the freezing weather. Three very efficient and friendly guys did it in one day; they arrived on time, were well-organized, kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight, and an hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled; I'm very pleased with the result, and the cost (with rebates thanks to the government of BC).

Recently got our heating system updated with a heat pump from Jetson. The process was straight forward; the quote was transparent and detailed, they worked with BC Hydro to get our service upgraded, applied for all necessary permits, coordinated with the inspections, and the crew was punctual and polite. I am glad to have found Jetson and I do not hesitate to refer them to anybody.

Jetson did everything they said they would do. All I did was apply for the rebate and they did the rest, including collecting the rebate and supply and installation. Great to work with!

If I ever needed to again, they'd be the first place I'd call. From approval to completion was 4 days, with only one day to complete removal of old system and installation of new. Cleaned up afterwards, took old system away, and the staff were nice people, friendly, got down to business and worked hard; they were a well-functioning team of professionals and got the job done.
