Wow I thought it was too good to be true but jetson came through on their quote which was significantly less than the competition. They showed up when said they would and worked hard to finish the job but didn’t cut corners. Highly recommend you get in now while the rebates remain!

The installation team arrived on time and started installation right away, worked steadily until the job was finished, and were very friendly. There was nothing to clean or tidy when they left, they took everything with them, and one fellow came into the house and helped us set up the new account on our phones and gave some tips on setting the temperature, through the 2 main seasons; he was very clear and concise, and answered all our questions. Thank you very much—it's been a pleasure.

The experience was excellent and the service from beginning to the end was first class from fantastic communication and patience answering all of our extra questions from sales with Gurk, then all the extra hard work client coordinator Nancy did, and A1 install team Mo, the electrician and the lead installer Pejman was amazing attention to detail and made the custom install fit the tight space in the furnace room. All done with a smile and they took the time to clean up and show us how to use our new electric system; I strongly recommend Jetset and their team.

Jetson did everything they said they would do! All I did was apply for the rebate and they did the rest icluding collecting the rabate and supply and installation. Great to work with!

Just had a heat pump installed during the freezing weather. Three very efficient and friendly guys (Pejmen, Sunith and Matt) did it in one day. They arrived on time, were well-organized and kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight. An hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled. I'm very pleased with the result, and the cost (with rebates thanks to the government of BC).

Installed today, so no comment on how the equipment works, but the installation guys were amazing. House was built in 1972 and I’m almost positive it was the original furnace, probably the oldest (maybe weirdest) setup they’ve run into; spent about an hour figuring out how to install, worked their butts off to get it done, and did—almost 12 hours! Looks great, great guys; if the system is half as good as the installers, I’m going to be bragging to my buddies for years.

Behnam, John, and Joel provided absolutely amazing service; they arrived on time, were extremely friendly, and had everything completed before 5pm. I could not be happier with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone; the unit itself looks amazing and is incredibly quiet, and I can already feel the difference in house temperature with the nice cool air circulating—my thanks to the crew and to Jetson for the quality they are providing at a great price.

As a 50 year Vancouver resident, we did a tonne of research and decided to go with Jetson. The process was smooth, my particular install was a little tricky, but Jason and the install crew worked hard, got the job done very professionally and kept the house nice and tidy; all staff was great. With the rebates offered, it was a no brainer—after rebates we were down to just under $4000 with no surprises at the end; so far so good.

Jetson Home from beginning to end of project were exceptional in their interaction with me. The price of the project was explained at the beginning and I have had no hidden fees at the final payment. The installers were all professional in every respect; their friendly, professional and very informative interaction made the whole process worth while.

Our installers were on time and professional. They worked hard and finished the installation in a day; everything was done with attention to detail, and they left the space clean. We are very pleased with our heat pump and grateful for AC.

John, Ben, Joel and Keith were great. It was a long day, having to work around multiple contractors working on other jobs, which didn’t make the job any easier. They gave me a thorough overview of the unit and the app; great bunch of guys who delivered great results.

Excellent experience with Jetson, from the initial engagement through to installation. I engaged an 'old school' HVAC company concurrently and the difference was astounding—maybe like buying a Buick vs. a Tesla?

We had an HVAC issue at our gym that another company wasn’t able to properly resolve. Adele stepped in and got it handled quickly and professionally. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to diagnose the root of the problem instead of just offering a temporary fix.

Thank you Jetson for a wonderful experience replacing our furnace with a heat pump and upgrading our electricity to 200 amps. Your team was amazing to deal with from start to finish; Paisley and Coulter were extremely responsive, helpful and professional. Even though we had a hiccup on installation where the external heat pump wasn't connected properly on the first night, Jetson sent someone round immediately the next day to get it sorted.

I had a great experience with the Jetson team for my north Vancouver install. I had both a 200amp service upgrade (Colter did a great job and had a lot of experience with BC hydro/their contractors which is really important) and 3 ton heat pump installed by Jetson and both were done carefully with attention to detail. They immediately contacted a plumber and the issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction; great customer support via Paisley too, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
