Jetson did a great job removing our furnace and AC unit, and replacing it with a heat pump. We opted to get a heat strip for the really cold days, and so far, we are comfortable, even at night when the temperatures drop; the technicians are very knowledgeable, and our larger home was a bit more complicated, but they figured everything out. Jetson was thousands of dollars less than two other quotes we got, the inspector for our town (Superior, CO) said they did a great job, so we are very happy.

I was one of the early adopters as Jenson made their transition from Helio Home and I really enjoyed the experience. I have a very tight basement with low ceilings, and the folks at Jetson were completely willing to troubleshoot and had a really positive attitude; the system just narrowly fit into the space and now I’m enjoying the crisp indoor temperature during our last summer heat wave. Jetson also figured out all of the rebates that the government offered for heat pump installs, so the price was far lower than I had been quoted by HVAC companies, and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Everything went smooth. The install was finished in a day, and we havent experienced any issues. The process was fairly easy to navigate. Thanks again.

The installers explained the process every step of the way and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were careful not to damage the walls or other structures when removing the old equipment and installing the new unit in the basement.

They guided us through the rebate application process and answered all of our questions and concerns about equipment and installation. The Jetson Team was very courteous and professional.

Jetson technicians came on time and worked tirelessly to remove the old air conditioner/gas furnace and install the new Jetson heat pump in one day. When the system was turned on, it was amazingly quiet and started cooling immediately. Best of all, rebates and incentives made this practically free.

Jetson rocks. I was able to get a heavily rebate subsidized system installed to replace a 20+ year old AC system and a 34 year old furnace; Juan, Kiara, and Darryl were excellent techs, they were in and out in a day, not an easy install either, I might add. Professional, courteous, and left the house and job site clean—great work Jetson!

The gentlemen were very polite and did a great job installing the equipment, answering my questions, and cleaning everything afterwards. They had me follow them while checking all the equipment that it works and running, along with showing me how the thermostat works and how other things work. I’m 100% satisfied in their performance and their communication with me throughout the job.

I had an excellent experience with my heat pump installation from Jetson. Lead installer Angel was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure every part of the job was completed correctly; Electrician Trevor was fantastic—efficient, knowledgeable, and completed the electric work quickly without sacrificing quality; and Technician Juan did an outstanding job with the installation. We just had our Jetson Home heat pump installed by an exceedingly knowledgeable, courteous and clean team. Michael, Kelly, Kiara and Jacob were all extremely friendly and conscientious; they showed up on time, got the install done pretty quickly, and did a great job explaining the system to us. No complaints!

The crew was nice, personable, and explained everything very well; they worked hard, were very cognizant of our nearby garden, and they cleaned everything up very well. The whole process with Jetson has been very smooth and we are very pleased with our new heat pump.

We got a great deal on a Jetson Home 4 ton heat pump, with rebates applied up front reducing out-of-pocket expenses. There were some process logistics that frustrated me and slowed things down which added stress; on install day we finished with a working indoor & outdoor heat pump system that has provided comfort in the 2 months we have had it, and I still rate 5 stars and I recommend.

Have had a great experience with Jetson so far; basically got a brand new heat pump for $1k with all the rebates, and the crew that installed the system were very professional and made the process look easy. Jetson has been responsive to the above and is working to figure out next steps, and UPDATE: auto mode is fixed, the thermostat issues were mostly user error (me), and the loud vent is serviceable by Jetson (ductwork) but holes in drywall are required and they cannot do dry wall repair (totally fine with me, just happy they can address the noise). So again, highly recommend these guys!!

Michael and his crew did an awesome job. Communicative, prompt, he spent nearly 20 minutes walking me through the inside and outside of the system. I really felt like he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the outcomes; my house is 4 degrees cooler than it started.

The Jetson team was prompt, courteous, and professional through the whole process. They took care of everything from the permitting process to implementing all of the rebates, and the guys that did the installation went over the top to make sure I was satisfied with everything they were doing.

They were professional and worked well together. They cleaned up afterwards and kept me informed during the entire process!

The installation team was awesome and went above and beyond to get us set up. The system so far has worked well and is quiet, while also being pretty low profile. Only minor complaint is the timeline from approval to installation, but it’s a busy time of year for it so I understand it too.

Kelly is one of the most detail-oriented professionals I’ve worked with; she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the installation. Jacob, the electrician, upgraded my electrical system and made sure everything met Douglas County code, and Michael ensured the entire installation was completed properly and kept everything organized; overall, I’m extremely impressed with the professionalism, workmanship, and customer service, and I would absolutely recommend Jetson and this team to anyone looking for quality work.
