Got a new Heat Pump install and everything went really well. The crew showed up on time, was very informative and kept me in the loop during the entire process, and the install was done in a day; 8am to a little past 6pm.

My installation crew was absolutely amazing! Angel, Juan, and Trevor are the absolute best and worked as hard as they possibly could.

Jetson provided a great estimate process, prepping for all rebates, credits and discounts up front, and the day after we paid our deposit they were able to schedule our install in one week—amazing. On installation day, Jose, Juan, and Jimmy arrived right on time, I had great communication with all three, and 8 1/2 hours later we had a beautifully installed system; they cleaned up thoroughly, answered my questions, and hauled away the old furnace and air conditioner. We had a problem connecting the system hub to our wi‑fi, but Customer Service called back the next morning and within a few minutes we used a 2.4GHz network and the hub connected; customer service was outstanding, the equipment is first class and highly efficient and has performed flawlessly since.

I'm amazed by the speed and efficiency with which Michael, Kevin, Juan, and crew were able to install.

Darrian (lead), Jimmy and Raffa were fabulous; they plugged away in the heat of the basement and got the unit working perfectly. All my questions were answered in a way I could understand, and I now have a cool house to enjoy. Looking forward to see how the heating goes in conjunction with my new solar panels too—I’m sure it will be great… lower power bills and total comfort in my house.

We just switched from a gas furnace and conventional air conditioning to a heat pump. Everybody has been professional and friendly, and they helped us get rebates etc. that brought our out-of-pocket costs way down.

I recently had Jetson install a new heat pump in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was seamless, professional, and transparent, and the installation day itself went flawlessly. Ozzy the team lead, Kevin the electrician, and Rafa the installer all did a fantastic job, working efficiently and ensuring every detail was handled with the utmost care; they took the time to answer all my questions, left the workspace spotless, made sure I felt completely comfortable operating the new system before they left, and found the best route to fish the air tubes through without having to cut into my ceiling—dream team!

Had a whole house heat pump installed, replaced my furnace and AC for 7K all in (and I should get a 2K fed tax credit unless the redhead does away with it). No joke. That is what it should cost IMO given the cost of the unit, the time to install (1 day) and all the rebates. None of the other quotes I got where anywhere close, several were 3X (as I learned in this process many HVAC companies have been taken over by private equity, and that has jacked prices). The Jetson sales reps and the installation crew were professional from start to finish. No BS, no issues. Passed the city inspection with no issues.

I had a new Jetson heat pump installed on July 9th, and although I was very worried about whether the new unit would fit in my quite small utility room, Ruben and Marvin went above and beyond to make sure it fit perfectly and neatly. Juan was incredibly helpful, staying until the very end to give me a thorough and polite explanation of the system, and the electrician worked very efficiently. Michael answered all my questions accurately, worked quickly, and was extremely meticulous; I am so grateful to the entire team for making this installation process smooth and stress-free—I highly recommend them to everyone!

We had to relocate due to a house fire, our new place has a old gas furnace and a old AC unit that did not work. THANKS TO Jetson Home our new Heat Pump saved us!!!
