“I was looking to replace my central AC and gas furnace, and most of the quotes that I received are very high. Jetson’s quote surprised me that the price is lower; after a walkthrough and back and forth to optimize my system, I locked in. The installation team is professionally removing and installing the new system, they vacuum and clean up, and after 3.5 days my system is up and run flawlessly; after 2 weeks, I do not see any issue and these units are very quiet.”

“The Jetson team did a great job for us; we replaced our AC and furnace with a 4 ton heat pump and it's working great. They were on the Xcel Energy approved vendor list, their quote was the lowest we received, and the installation team worked hard the entire day, communicated well, and were true professionals—I highly recommend this company.”

“I decided to replace my HVAC system with a heat pump. The salesman explained everything to me and walked me through the process, and the installers were great—they arrived on time, finished the install in 1 day and explained to me everything they were doing, and they left the area clean and showed complete respect for my home. Once the install was done the system was explained to me thoroughly; these guys were rock stars!”

“I got a heat pump HVAC system installed by Jetson. They called the same day I registered, did an inspection the next day, and I got a price and an install date the next day after that. The installers were clean and polite, laid down drop cloths, cleaned up any mess, showed me my new system and we went over how everything works; I recommend Jetson Electric and I would use them again.”

“The professionals at Jetson have been wonderful to work with from start to finish. The project at my house was not at all straightforward, but these guys helped me get a new cold climate heat pump installed despite more than a few challenges, and at no extra charge. They worked long hours, were pleasant the entire time, didn’t leave until the job was 100% finished, and I can’t recommend Jetson highly enough.”

“5 stars—would not hesitate to recommend this team. They installed a new heat pump for us in August 2025 and we could not be happier; professional, courteous and knowledgeable, they answered a TON of questions and completed our installation in under two days (as planned). Thanks Jetson!”

“The Jetson team was excellent. They answered all of my annoying questions and were patient and diligent with their install. I had a new heat pump with heating and cooling installed, and when the inspector came by after install was complete, he had nothing but positive things to say about the install.”

“Today’s 1-day summer installation by Jetson of our new MrCool whole-house heat pump was an absolute pleasure, and in no time the system was up and running, quietly dropping the indoor temperature to a cool and comfortable level. When the crew showed up, on time, they hit the ground running, putting on shoe covers, and then a carpet of drop cloths to protect our floors; the team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in answering questions and communicating clearly how the system worked. 5 stars. I recommend these guys without hesitation.”

“I am 100% satisfied with my Jetson Home system. Every aspect was smooth, transparent, and efficient—from the unbeatable price to the same-day install and outstanding performance, the entire team delivered on their promises. For anyone considering a heat pump retrofit, Jetson is a no-brainer.”

“The process is incredibly easy, from a clear and transparent up-front quote to an almost exclusively virtual experience—this was exactly the way I want to engage in a major home project. As someone who cares about sustainability and has looked into heat pumps before, their focus on whole home electrification really changes the experience, and the fact that they are willing to claim the credits for you and absorb that cost up front is huge. All of the teams I worked with, from my sales person Aakash to my project coordinator, Andy, to my install team led by Reza, were incredibly professional, respectful and knowledgeable; I went from thinking about getting it done to fully installed and permitted in less than a month, and I absolutely cannot recommend Jetson and their process/services enough.”

“We had to relocate due to a house fire; our new place has a old gas furnace and a old AC unit that did not work. THANKS TO Jetson Home our new Heat Pump saved us!!! They handled ALL the rebate stuff and We also qualified for an amazing energy loan; this was the best investment we could have made!!! After only a month I have noticed a huge drop in my gas use, we will have a nice cool summer, and all the installers were professional and courteous; if I need anything, customer service is right there.”

“Had a whole house heat pump installed, replaced my furnace and AC for 7K all in. None of the other quotes I got were anywhere close, several were 3X. The Jetson sales reps and the installation crew were professional from start to finish; no BS, no issues, and it passed the city inspection with no issues.”

“I cannot recommend a company more highly. They were organized and communicative and considerate throughout the whole process of our heat pump installation. I got three bids and they were the lowest price, and it was a first class experience all the way; I would absolutely recommend you use them.”

“Jetson was great to work with and really stood out versus more traditional HVAC providers. The quoting process was online and easy, their quotes were way below those of competitors, and they actually offered an all electric solution instead of trying to sell me on a hybrid with a furnace (we didn't want to maintain a hybrid system); their install crews were knowledgeable, did a great job answering our questions, and also very professional while doing the installation. We're thrilled with the end result: our heat pump has drastically improved comfort in our house by more evenly controlling temperature everywhere; we went from a 10 degree difference between our main level and upstairs to just a 1 degree difference, and overall I highly recommend both Jetson and heat pumps.”

“I’m only a few days in, so we’ll have to see if it stands the test of time, but for now it’s all good. They took care to not oversize the system, were very friendly and professional, and were several thousand dollars less than the other quotes I solicited for a heat pump.”
