“Jetson did a great job for us! The process was many steps, and they assisted us with everything. The actual installation was done in one day; all the folks involved were very friendly and hard working. I am so happy we were able to take advantage of this fantastic product at an amazing price.”

“My mechanical system was in dire need of replacement and I had no idea, until I met Jetson, that it would be affordable for me. I got a fantastic education on how the heat pump system works and, combined with my existing solar system, my house will be better heated/cooled and my bills will be lower. I am very pleased from beginning to end with this experience; Kelly, Juan, Xavier and Jacob were here for 14 hours today and saw the job through to completion and to my satisfaction, thank you!”

“Jetson made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish, and Darian and his team did an outstanding job with the installation—professional, efficient, and clearly committed to quality work. Matt helped during the planning stage, returned the day after installation to take care of the final details, and took the time to walk me through the system, answer all of my questions, and ensure everything was buttoned up perfectly. The level of communication, professionalism, and customer service throughout the project was exceptional, and I highly recommend Jetson to anyone considering a heat pump installation.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience; the guys were careful with my home and explained what they were doing as they went. At the end, they were very patient explaining how everything worked, helping me install the app, and even showing me some trouble-shooting. Great team, kind people, smooth install—thanks all!”

“Jetson replaced my old gas furnace with the new Jetson electric heat pump in one day, on the coldest day of the winter so far. The crew worked from 8 am until 10:30 pm to make sure the system was running and that our house had heat for the night; the project lead did a great job of keeping me informed and answering questions, the electrician was professional and explained what he was doing, Rafa did an amazing job working outside all day in the cold and snow, and the crew were all professional, kept the work site clean, hauled away the old unit, and left our house looking like no one had worked for 14.5 hours during a snow storm. I would highly recommend this team!”

“The team that did our install was fantastic. They were efficient and experts in their various tasks, worked exceptionally well with each other, stayed until all aspects of the install were working properly, and made sure we were comfortable with the app. We checked out 3 HVAC companies when shopping for our whole house heat pump and I'm confident we made the correct choice with Jetson.”

“Everyone at Jetson was amazing, and Alanzo answered all of our questions and patiently walked us through the whole process. The install crew were amazing and even finished up late at night so they wouldn't have to intrude the next day, and we love our Jetson Heat Pump!”

“The technicians are very professional, with great team work, and respect to the client. They laid out a green carpet, worked in the snow and tight crawl spaces, improvised with my requests and concerns without additional cost, and cleaned up after they were done. I was so pleased I sent my friend their way; the heat pump installation was about 17 hours.”

“Jetson installed a new heat pump at my home and did a great job. We had good communication throughout the process and the install went pretty smoothly; additions to my ducting to optimize the install were done without extra charge. The quote was much lower than other companies after rebates, and Jetson was a good fit for a heat pump only solution.”
