I believe Jetson sent their best of the best to complete our installation. Technicians Troy and Lauron and their manager John arrived on schedule at 7:30am; given the age of the house and complicated setup, they were here till 10pm, and I was amazed at how professional and courteous they were through the whole process. The 4 ton unit heated the house in 30 mins—amazing; house was left spotless after the wrapup, and we walked through how to use the app and thermostat.
