“We recently had Jetson Home install two Heat Pumps at our house to replace our existing gas heat and electric AC units, and we were impressed with the Jetson team's professionalism and excellence from beginning to end; we chose Jetson for a combination of price, technology, and service. Joseph managed the entire process, kept us in the loop, handled the Mass Save rebate, quickly responded, and made sure we had little to worry about, while Sean and Ryan were professionals in every sense, stayed late to ensure everything was working as expected, showed us how the system worked, and answered all my questions. Our system has been running for two months now; it is fantastic and we are thrilled, we have a more consistent level of warmth in our house now which is an added benefit to electrified system, the electric bill is in line with expectations and our gas bill is now very low; overall, we couldn't be more happy with our system and the entire Jetson team and I highly recommend Jetson Home for heat pump installation.”
