I had the pleasure of having a heat pump hvac system installed in my home. The crew that did the installation was Tony, Will and Rich, and they made the process very easy and understandable and were very respectful to me and my home.

Our system has been running for two months now; it is fantastic and we are thrilled, we have a more consistent level of warmth in our house now which is an added benefit to electrified system, the electric bill is in line with expectations and our gas bill is now very low; overall, we couldn't be more happy with our system and the entire Jetson team and I highly recommend Jetson Home for heat pump installation.

Rich helped me with my smart hub install. He was very helpful in relocating my thermostat and assisting me with fixing the filter inside of air handler. It was a very complicated process, but he managed to figure it out; very smart and helpful—I appreciate him. He was very courteous.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Joseph went above and beyond helping with Mass Save to help getting all the rebates and savings possible. The crew were very professional, showed up on time and worked very hard to get the job done; they even cleaned and left no mess behind and didn’t leave until they made sure everything is working properly.
