The Jetson Smart Hub was installed for an already installed Jetson heat pump. The installers, Serge and Richard, were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable; they wore shoe covers, inspected the whole heat pump system inside and outside, tweaking things for maximum efficiency, gave detailed instructions for the app and wall thermostat, and answered all questions. I was very impressed with the overall experience.

The team was great, explained everything they were doing, and were super professional. We had 2 new heat pumps installed in 2 days replacing a 25 year old oil system. I would recommend Jetson to all my friends and family.
