The Jetson Smart Hub was installed for an already installed Jetson heat pump. The installers, Serge and Richard, were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable; they wore shoe covers, inspected the whole heat pump system inside and outside, tweaking things for maximum efficiency, gave detailed instructions for the app and wall thermostat, and answered all questions. I was very impressed with the overall experience.

Appreciate the service provided by Serge today. He did accomplish the pending installation work of airflow vent for the basement air and professionally handled few other pending installation tasks. I appreciate the professionalism and workmanship of Serge.

Crew was great; they were prompt, personable and polite, very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They walked me through the operation of the new control system, addressed previous problem issues, and cleaned up when they were done, like they weren't even on site. Highly recommend.

Just had my final visit from Jetson after having my new heat pump installed. The guys were fantastic, very respectful of my time and transparent, and Jetson as a whole made sure to address all of my issues and concerns, including several video calls, site visits, and maintenance check-ins; any time something wasn't working properly they sent someone out promptly to take a look and make sure it was working. Everything is working smoothly now!

This Mass Save approved installer is an absolute home run. I started the process on February 14 not knowing anything about heat pump systems and today I am very knowledgeable about this system that was installed in just one day; all names previously mentioned were absolutely fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to explain everything. I could not be happier with the entire process; the people, quality of work, pride, ease of communication, and explaining what was an entirely new world for me was hands-down the best part, and I highly recommend Jetson.
