From the initial contact with James who put together a quote and handed off to Yezmin who helped with the heat loan and Mass Save rebates, Moe and David assisted with the design of the system. A great team effort and Jetson Home is a great company to work with.

The Jetson Smart Hub was installed for an already installed Jetson heat pump. The installers, Serge and Richard, were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable; they wore shoe covers, inspected the whole heat pump system inside and outside, tweaking things for maximum efficiency, gave detailed instructions for the app and wall thermostat, and answered all questions. I was very impressed with the overall experience.
