I cannot recommend a company more highly. They were organized and communicative and considerate throughout the whole process of our heat pump installation. I got three bids and they were the lowest price. But it was a first class experience all the way. I would absolutely recommend you use them.

Had a whole house heat pump installed, replaced my furnace and AC for 7K all in (and I should get a 2K fed tax credit unless the redhead does away with it). No joke. That is what it should cost IMO given the cost of the unit, the time to install (1 day) and all the rebates. None of the other quotes I got where anywhere close, several were 3X (as I learned in this process many HVAC companies have been taken over by private equity, and that has jacked prices). The Jetson sales reps and the installation crew were professional from start to finish. No BS, no issues. Passed the city inspection with no issues.

Working with the entire Jetson team was amazing. Although we had some significant delays caused by Xcel on a project that had to be completed before my heat pump installation, they were extremely responsive, flexible and professional throughout the entire project. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially Jose, Brett and the production team that completed the install.

I was one of the early adopters as Jenson made their transition from Helio Home and I really enjoyed the experience. I have a very tight basement with low ceilings, so when I had contacted more traditional HVAC installers about a heat pump I was mostly met with refusal. I was fairly certain that I would have to install mini splits which wasn’t thrilling considering I already had duct work in the house. The folks at Jetson on the other hand were completely willing to troubleshoot and had a really positive attitude. Ultimately that paid off in that the system just narrowly fit into the space and now I’m enjoying the crisp indoor temperature during our last summer heat wave. Jetson also figured out all of the rebates that the government offered for heat pump installs and so the price was far lower than I had been quoted by HVAC companies. I will be recommending them to friends and family and I’m vying for their continued success as we try and make this transition towards more efficient heating and cooling systems.

Jetson home installed my new heat pump/AC unit this week. I can't begin to say how, friendly, competent, professional and helpful they were. The install was a fairly complicated one, but they solved every problem easily and the heat pump works beautifully. I highly recommend them.
