The installation was completed at the beginning of May by Rob, Pablo, Sergio and Rich. They were a courteous and professional team and worked pretty much non-stop to complete the installation in one day with no corners cut, and the installation is really well done. I was really happy with the entire process, and the system has been a godsend with the heat we've experienced so far this summer and for once in 13 years the entire house is comfortable.

Will and Hunter did an awesome job installing and walking me through all steps. Very recommended.

Joseph managed the entire process, kept us in the loop, handled the Mass Save rebate, quickly responded, and made sure we had little to worry about, while Sean and Ryan were professionals in every sense, stayed late to ensure everything was working as expected, showed us how the system worked, and answered all my questions. Our system has been running for two months now; it is fantastic and we are thrilled, we have a more consistent level of warmth in our house now which is an added benefit to electrified system, the electric bill is in line with expectations and our gas bill is now very low; overall, we couldn't be more happy with our system and the entire Jetson team and I highly recommend Jetson Home for heat pump installation.
