They were great! Whole process was simple, quick, and fast. Install crew was great and knowledgeable.

So far I love it. Price was almost 1/3rd the price of the next bid, and the crew was efficient, competent and respectful of the property. I will highly recommend Jetson to my neighbors.

Thank you to James, Sergio and Walter! Excellent job!

The installation was completed at the beginning of May by Rob, Pablo, Sergio and Rich. They were a courteous and professional team and worked pretty much non-stop to complete the installation in one day with no corners cut, and the installation is really well done. I was really happy with the entire process, and the system has been a godsend with the heat we've experienced so far this summer and for once in 13 years the entire house is comfortable.

Will and Hunter did an awesome job installing and walking me through all steps. Very recommended.

Serge and Walter have been amazing through this entire process. I cannot praise them enough for the professionalism and support we received!

Preventative maintenance was great. Serge was outstanding.

Will, Hunter and Mike showed up early for our scheduled appointment. Did a great job taking out the old system and cleaning everything up; installed the new system using our existing ductwork and tied everything together nicely!

Great teamwork! Fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

Working with Jetson was easy. The whole team was professional and courteous, and I had no problems with the installation. Communication was easy.

Appreciate the service provided by Serge today. He did accomplish the pending installation work of airflow vent for the basement air and professionally handled few other pending installation tasks. I appreciate the professionalism and workmanship of Serge.

The team was great, explained everything they were doing, and were super professional. We had 2 new heat pumps installed in 2 days replacing a 25 year old oil system. I would recommend Jetson to all my friends and family.

Great service and product!

The whole process from start to finish was flawless.

Teams did a fantastic job and helped tremendously with a great installation! James, Sergio, Mike and the entire crew were friendly, courteous, highly professional with their work.

Ryan was amazing. Thank you.

Will and Hunter did an excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything about the new system and how to use it. I was surprised how much smaller and more efficient than my previous furnace.

The best service team we have had for any job at the house in 14 years. Will, James and Hunter were professional, courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend.

James and his crew did a great job with our installation. Even on a rainy day they were able to get everything done and our new system working well.

We recently had Jetson Home install two Heat Pumps at our house to replace our existing gas heat and electric AC units, and we were impressed with the Jetson team's professionalism and excellence from beginning to end; we chose Jetson for a combination of price, technology, and service. Joseph managed the entire process, kept us in the loop, handled the Mass Save rebate, quickly responded, and made sure we had little to worry about, while Sean and Ryan were professionals in every sense, stayed late to ensure everything was working as expected, showed us how the system worked, and answered all my questions. Our system has been running for two months now; it is fantastic and we are thrilled, we have a more consistent level of warmth in our house now which is an added benefit to electrified system, the electric bill is in line with expectations and our gas bill is now very low; overall, we couldn't be more happy with our system and the entire Jetson team and I highly recommend Jetson Home for heat pump installation.

James and his team did a great job installing my Jetson heat pump. They kept everything clean, answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable.

Worked hard with no problems in the heat.

The install looks amazing and is cooling as I write. Sean, Chris, and Richard were awesome—very pleasant, gracious, and even nice to our difficult dog; consummate professionals throughout.

Great company and experience! I refer them to everyone!

Our experience with Jetson Home was excellent! Yezmin answered every call, explained every step clearly, and was patient every time; the install team worked seamlessly together.

I can’t say enough about the work that James, Will, Hunter, Chris, Sergio, Walter, and Richard did. Thank you all for an amazing experience and for the thoughtfulness and respect you showed.

Great work from Team on the Installation. Thank You.

Super happy with the heat-pump install from Jetson. Team that installed was great; units were installed over the course of 3 days, rooms are cold — will see how they perform in the winter.
