Sean, Chris, and Richard did a fantastic job on installation day, and the whole process went smoothly. From the initial contact with James who put together a quote and handed off to Yezmin who helped with the heat loan and Mass Save rebates, Moe and David assisted with the design of the system. A great team effort and Jetson Home is a great company to work with.

The Jetson Smart Hub was installed for an already installed Jetson heat pump. The installers, Serge and Richard, were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable; they wore shoe covers, inspected the whole heat pump system inside and outside, tweaking things for maximum efficiency, gave detailed instructions for the app and wall thermostat, and answered all questions. I was very impressed with the overall experience.

I recently had my oil heating and air conditioning system replaced with a new heat pump system by Jetson, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sean, Chris, and Richard were outstanding from start to finish—they explained the installation process, answered all of my questions, worked efficiently, maintained a clean work area, and went above and beyond to ensure the installation was completed to the highest standards. From the start, the sales team explained how to get started and the process of the rebates, and connected me with Yezmin who walked me through the whole process of getting the rebates and the 0% financing. We are very pleased with the results and professionalism of the team that installed our heat pump systems; Will was very helpful with setting up the application on my phone and went over all the details of the system, Hunter went over everything with the outside systems and explained how the system works, and Tony was great with keeping everything running smoothly; they all cleaned up everything to my wife’s surprise. The Jetson system is very simple and so quiet.

Hunter and James were incredible. They showed up promptly within the arrival window, removed and took away the old AC unit and furnace, installed brand new items, and got the big job done in one day. They made sure to stick around to explain how everything works, what to expect, and what to do if anything goes wrong; 5 stars, 10 out of 10, and whatever other perfect scores you could possibly give these two.

Great experience with Jetson Home installation. James and Pablo were absolutely awesome from start to finish; they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Jetson customer service was amazing, and I loved dealing with Yezmin and my sales rep. The install took 12 hours but that was fine; it was a difficult job that the team kept moving forward, worked incredibly hard, kept me informed, and were so polite and respectful. Supervisor Moe was A+ all the way, installers Jamie, Chris, Pablo and Serge are the best, and I HIGHLY recommend Jetson; their employees are top notch.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Jetson Home — we had a 5-ton and 2-ton system installed, and from start to finish, the entire process was absolutely outstanding. The experience we had with Jetson from start to finish was amazing. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful of our home and property; the gents removed our old furnace and central air compressor and installed a heat pump in ONE day right before a heatwave, left every area they worked in spotless, and by the time they left, our home was already cooler. My system was installed last week and I was very impressed with the entire process. Jetson had the best price, were responsive from the beginning, the installation crew was friendly, efficient, clean, and worked great as a team, and I’m already impressed with the system—it’s super quiet. Making this decision was a no-brainer, and Jetson did all of the work navigating the Mass Save application process and “fronted” me the rebate savings in their final cost.
