Kind Crew.
Cool Tech.
Happy Homes.

Amazing crew, James, Sergio, Mike and Moe the manager. Moe explained to me that the electrical service needed to be updated and explained the procedures. The electrical was updated the day after the system was installed.

The entire Jetson team was great. The installation team headed up by Rob were a joy and very professional and thorough.

I highly recommend Jetson—again excellent service. They put in a new furnace; they were professional, were prompt on time, and cleaned up after they completed job. Rob was very kind and explained how the thermostat works and how to use the app, and he explained how furnace works.

We had issues with how the unit aesthetically looked outside of our house and they came back out for a full relocation of the unit. The entire team was friendly, professional and hardworking—James and Moe especially—and the Jetson unit runs great and we love it. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking into heat pumps.

Jetson Air is like the Tesla of HVAC, offering an overall experience that’s both great and run by a team that knows what they’re doing. Every step of the way, the experience was responsive, organized, and professional; there were no unexpected callbacks or surprises on installation day—just a smooth, well-run process from a company that clearly values its work. I’ll be back in six months to share a performance update, but if the system runs as smoothly as the installation experience, I already know how that review will go; other HVAC companies should definitely take note.

We had the pleasure of working with Hunter Will and Toni today with Jetson Home in Marlborough Massachusetts. They were very clear in all their instructions, kept us posted throughout the day, and were very professional. We enjoyed having them in our home—great experience overall.

Great workers you have here, very professional and courteous. They explained every process, and I would recommend them to my friends.

James, Hunter, Sergio, Will and Walter did an excellent job installing 3 heat pump systems into our home. James was excellent at communicating with us every step of the way; we are once again comfortable in a cool home and looking forward to lower heating bills this winter.

Sean, Sergio, Hunter, and Richard all did killer work at my house. System is blowing cold; I will recommend Jetson to all my friends.

Will, Hunter, and Gui were phenomenal. The installation was quick, easy, and they were communicative throughout the whole process; everyone was respectful of our home, took great care and we have a solid heat pump system now. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

Will and Hunter did a great job.

Sean and his teammates Rich and Tony did an excellent job on our install. We had some initial challenges to overcome with some water damage from the old gas furnace, but overall very happy with their installation!

Mike, Sergio, and James did a great job with the heat pump installation. They were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful!

Serge and Richard—very happy with their work. Awesome professionals who take their work very seriously. I would give them 10 star if I would have option.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Jetson. Everything was accomplished quickly, easily, and cheaper than the 4 other quotes we had been given; the installation team of Will, Rich, Chris, and Tony were amazing, went above and beyond in every respect, and we could not be happier about the install.

Crew was great; they were prompt, personable and polite, very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They walked me through the operation of the new control system, addressed previous problem issues, and cleaned up when they were done, like they weren't even on site. Highly recommend.

Went above and beyond to make things right. And clear.

Will, Gui, and Shawn and everyone on the team did outstanding work. They went above and beyond, staying well after 5pm to ensure we had a cool evening at the start of the heatwave, and were committed to doing it properly and ensuring we were comfortable using the system. Thank you!

Excellent installation crew—professional and quality work with great customer service provided by the guys on the ground. Very cool one day installation. I just want to give special thanks to Will, Hunter, Pablo, and Tony for the excellent installation and customer service they provided.

Mike, Chris, and Sean did a great job of replacing my old heating/AC unit with a new Jetson heat pump. They got here at 8a and stayed until the job was finished at 7p; very professional and easy to work with. They addressed all of our concerns.

Sean came to assist on a service call for some duct work. Extremely efficient, great communication and outstanding craftsmanship. Highly recommend Jetson devices to anyone.

I had the pleasure of having a heat pump hvac system installed in my home. The crew that did the installation was Tony, Will and Rich, and they made the process very easy and understandable and were very respectful to me and my home.

I had an amazing installation from Jetson by Sean, Chris and Richard. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly, on time, and with excellent efficiency; the entire process was seamless—from scheduling through installation. Highly recommend!

Sean, Chris and Richard did a very nice job with our attic furnace-to-heat pump transition, and the unit is working well. We were appreciative of their hard work.

After making it through both a very cold winter and a hot summer, I can confidently say: the system survived, performed great, and proved me wrong! It has kept our home comfortable in both heating and cooling. A big thank you to the installation crew: Sean Whitehurst, Brett, Anthony, and Mike. Great job, guys, and thank you!

James Sergio and Mike just installed my new heat pumps today and they were awesome. Very professional guys and left my place clean like they were never there. 100 stars would recommend!

I wanted to leave a rave review for James, Sergio and Walt for their installation today. They were professional, polite, thorough, and we are very happy—thanks to them all.

I could not be more impressed with this team! From the moment they arrived, the entire team was professional, courteous, organized, and respectful. Their attention to detail and care for my home really stood out; I highly recommend Jetson Home and this wonderful team.
